In season, they grow their own edible flowers, herbs, and other garnishes, along with some greens.  Some of the local farmers who they have befriended deliver specific food product(s) to them in season. Course selections vary from season to season to align with fresh produce availability, along with the weather. They also accommodate any special requests for people with dietary restrictions or food allergies.
